Avv. Luigi Santangelo

Born in 1983, he graduated in Law from the University of Milan in 2007 with a thesis on corporate liability with Prof. Francesco Viganò.

Admitted to the Bar in 2011, since 2016 he has been a partner of Luca Santa Maria e Associati, where he has worked since 2007.

He offers judicial and extrajudicial assistance to companies and individuals for issues of corporate criminal law, environmental criminal law and workers’ safety, also dealing with cybercrime, medical liability and administrative liability.

He attended the advanced course for company lawyers at the Bocconi University.

From 2008 to 2014, he collaborated with Prof. Francesco Viganò, Full Professor of Criminal Law at the University of Milan and Judge of the Constitutional Court.

He has worked as an editor on the Diritto Penale Contemporaneo law review, in which he has published various articles, principally regarding corporate criminal liability.

He has also co-edited the Rivista Italiana di Diritto e Procedura Penale, reviewing rulings of the European Court of Human Rights.

He has held lectures in courses on administrative liability.

He has a good knowledge of English.
